The gloomy week of tottenham continued as they accompanied their Champions League humiliation in the hands of Bayern Munich having a defeat at Brighton.

After being responsible for Southamptons aim last Saturday, Lloris perpetrated another error as he tried to catch a Pascal Gross cross rather than hammering it and his momentum saw him stagger backwards into his own objective.
Eventually, the France captain dropped the ball until he crossed the goalline but injured his arm because he attempted to break his fall and had to be substituted by Paulo Gazzaniga.
And although the substitute keeper obstructed a close-range attempt by Connolly, the youngster slammed in the rally.
Connolly was introduced by lewis Dunk and he cut inside before shooting inside the far post to fasten Brighton win of this season.
It was Graham Potters first win at the Amex with Tottenham place to slide from the top .
